NHAM  is an affiliated member of the European Society of Cardiology. Individual members of an Affiliated National Societies are entitled to the same Membership advantages as members of the ESC National Societies under the condition that they can provide written confirmation of membership.

The Asian-Pacific Society of Cardiology (APSC)

The Asian-Pacific Society of Cardiology (APSC) came into existence in April 1956, while cardiovascular experts from various countries were in the midst of the well-attended First Asian Pacific Congress of Cardiology in Manila.

The Academy of Medicine of Malaysia

The Academy of Medicine of Malaysia, formed in 1966, embraces all disciplines of medicine. With the motto of \"Terus Maju\" (\'progress ahead\'), the Academy has several Colleges of Specialty.

Malaysian Medical Association

Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) has as objective to promote and maintain the honour and interest of the profession of medicine in all its branches and in every one of its segments and help to sustain the professional standards of medical ethics.

The World Heart Federation

The World Heart Federation is a membership organization that brings together the strength of the medical community (societies of cardiology) with the public health community (heart foundations). Search through the World Heart Federation\'s 197 member organizations in more than 100 countries at both the national and regional levels.

Asian Pacific Society of Interventional Cardiology (APSIC)

The APSIC aims to promote interventional cardiology, particularly in the field of coronary intervention, in the Asian Pacific area.

Regional training courses on radiation protection in Cardiology organized under TC support

The first training course on radiation protection for cardiologists was organized by the IAEA from 6-7 May 2004 in Vienna. This included cardiologists from 25 countries.

The European Society of Cardiology (ESC)

The ESC provides an array of scientific and educational activities, such as the production and continuous updating of Clinical Practice Guidelines, the organisation of educational courses and initiatives, pan-European surveys on specific disease areas and the ESC Congress, the largest medical meeting in Europe.
